Our refund and returns policy is limited only in Egypt and only within 5 minutes after delivery while the delivery courier is waiting for your decision!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Cash on delivery / reservation

please note that products are made by order. so we do require a deposit to confirm your order. the availability of a product means that the materials are available but there is no stock available!

it is very important to keep in mind that all sales are final and the deposit is non-refundable

Refunds

all sales are final, since the product is made by order the only valid reason for a refund would be if:

1. the product is defected or has problems and no longer available.
2. the materials of the product is unavailable and unable to proceed your order.
3. order has been missing or wasn’t processed for any reason.

once you receive your order you are allowed to ask for customization for free

if there is a problem with the finishing you can send the product back and it will be patched up for free.
